Running : The Sport That Make You Tired

Are all of you excited about the London Olympic? I can't waited to sit at my home and watch the Olympic all day long .Speaking of Olympic , today i want to tell you about a sport that many people will watch during Olympic and the sport is track and field.Track and field especially the 100m race is a must watch event as it is the most exciting part among all. But before we continue on this topic, i would like to share one video about this great superstar in 100m race and the man himself is none other than Usain Bolt.
That is his world record timing during Beijing Olympic 2008.Let's see if he can break his world record this time round at London Olympics but I heard he have a strong competitor call Yohan Blake. It will be a great competition between the two so do watch it.
Running ,which is a part of track and field,is a sport where u can lose a lot of weight if you run a bit everyday. It also help improve your stamina in playing other sports such as soccer , basketball or even cycling. If you want to lose weight like what William say in his post, you should start to jog a little each day rather than sitting at home don't eat.Running is a tiring sport but if you want to relax or relive stress, slow jog is a good way for it.
I hope more people will enjoy jogging or sprinting or even other part of track and field like javelin which is fun to play with or etc.
Do comment about jogging, sprinting or even Olympic at our blog post, hope you enjoy reading it and enjoy playing sports too , please be patient for our next post,Thank You .
